Workshop Description:
I will teach psychological skills to help interpreters work with their anxiety and develop confidence and poise.

At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Articulate how they will work with their anxiety and automated avoidance using mindfulness and centering techniques
- Describe their personal plan to develop more confidence and poise while interpreting
