Workshop Objectives:

As a result of attending this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Evaluate areas that could be improved
  • Establish a plan for making small changes

Presenter Bio:

Jen Kagan brings over 30 years of experience as a seasoned RID-certified sign language interpreter and a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT Level 3) with extensive teaching and study hours. She is also a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and an Ayurvedic Health Coach trained at Amritram and Rose Carol, with additional certifications in Ayurveda Therapy Level 1 and Vedic Counseling. Jen's holistic approach extends to cranial sacral therapy and somatic movement training, offering a comprehensive toolkit for wellness. Through her workshops, Jen shares her passion for empowering interpreters to feel better mentally and physically and establish sustainable careers. Jen runs the Interpreter Wellness Membership and works with students one-on-one and  hosts the FB group Yoga for Sign Language Interpreters.
